Nutritional Consultation / Swimtrition ™

In 2004, I coined the term "swimtrition™" because as a dietitian, I mainly work with aquatic athletes in their plight to become better swimmers through diet. Nutritional consultations for athletes, coaches or parents can be scheduled for any length of time. Before the in-person meeting or call (we can meet virtually), you will be sent several forms to complete. The session is built specifically to meet your personal needs.
